hi all been a while.found a great new way to loose weight. its called stomach cancer.now down to 112kg from 125kg. luckily found it quick enough, tho docs believe I have had it a couple of yrs.lucky for me the tumour got an ulcer on it and I was bleeding internally -haemoglobin count dropped from150 wish is around normal to 50.thought I was having a heart attack due to loss of blood. so now onl y have a 3rd of the stomach left .just like having a free lap band.now for 3mths off work. so bored

Take it easy Robin and get well. If you are getting really bored you could always open another bike shop! :P
