Title: Seems Bultaco are back
Post by: MX? on May 27, 2014, 05:58:24 pm
Well I thought they'd disappeared over the hill for good, but no....
They're back in the [very] modern world.

Is a bit different isn't it.

I thought the same when the first long travel bikes hit the shops and again when water cooled 2T's came out (still fugly IMHO)
Now the new era four strokes  hold the podiums with mono shocks , programmable ignitions and disk brakes. The world of motorcycling is changing if we want it to or not.

I kind of like an "old world" brand bringing us something like this bike. if you squint and stand on one leg and drink four beers then burp, the styling look a little like a Frontera.

I've seen pics of the road versions and I'm  keen to see what they are offering  for off road. Not so sure those heavy and bulky battery packs would like a set of triples but I've read the trials boys don't mind there new additions.

Just great that they've used the same font and badges. Love the blue/yellow and the build quality looks pretty good. J
