Title: HL 500, Genuine or GMC or Home replica

Have a friend looking for one of the above, has the folding $$'s and is understanding of good ones not being cheap most of the time. Let me know if you know of anything.

The guy that bought mine a few years back now didn't end up using it I believe, instead buying a GMC framed replica a few weeks later. Not sure if he used the SR500 engine but I think not. He is a Qld based property developer, Grant is his name.

Nice guy, saw him on the start line at the nats on the weekend .. someone here will know him better than I do.  If they do, ask him if he wants to sell Simo's old HL500 tribute bike and put him in touch with Brendan. 

PS I never call ones with original Yamaha frames "replicas" because they simply aren't.  Still a brilliant bike though.
