Title: rm 125 frame number help

hi trying to work out the year of a rm 125, which I think is early 90's,  but it has a different frame number thane the Suzuki's I have seen before . sites I have used before say it should have a number starting with JS1 .......... and you use the 10 digit to work out the year
this frame number is RF14A-110680
