Today i've agreed to buy back a bike i sold to a friend a while ago, its not the worlds most exciting bike but a very sweet little trail bike that i always sort of regretted seeing the back of. The only thing didn't like was the stupidly heavy, ugly and massively restrictive exhaust..Has anybody got an aftermarket exhaust system laying around for this bike?? A supertrapp or Peter Allen would be great but i'd settle for anything lighter and more presentable, a little more power would alway be good but its more a look and sound im chasing???
Want to get rid of this

And put on something more like this

HI, I am after an OEM Exhaust for my TT250. I recently purchased a full system from Roosta / Transarc in Redland Bay in Brisbane, excellent allow muffler and stainless header.
Let me k now if you are keen to sell your OEM exhaust.

Leave it standard.. the hot system will give you I fly fart extra horsepower and the noise will make sure everyone is looking when you fall off... ;D

I might be interested if that sale falls through too. ;)
the hot system will give you I fly fart extra horsepower
...thus doubling the horsepower.
make sure everyone is looking when you fall off
How is that a bad thing? 8)

Funny story this one, i had made an arrangement to buy the bike back from Poppy and he would bring it to PBBB to do the exchange. I met up with him and handed over the splash and continued about my business, never actually removing the bike from George's camp site. A fella went sniffing around it and asked George "is this old girl for sale?" :P so he mentions it to me and I thought hey lets give this a try, "tell him he can have it for X amount otherwise it's not for sale" I said, George goes back to fella and mentions the number, fella says yeah sure ill take it!!! ;D i couldn't believe my luck, so I did the right thing and gave George half of the difference between what he sold it to me for and what the next bloke paid, i made a pretty reasonable sum in a matter or hours doing absolutely nothing and old George ended up with 50% more than he expected to get for the bike. Ahhhhh I do love a happy ending ;D ;)

I just saw the date on your original post! :P
I take it you won't be (re)joining the ranks of distinguished gentlemen who ride XT/TT250s at vinduros...

The mighty TT250 is my vinduro mount, and it does the job mighty fine. (hmm....guess that might make me a 'venerable gentleman'.....). ;D
