Title: Yamaha YZ250B Standard Piston

Im chasing a standard piston for a Yamaha YZ250b if anybody has one available?
The cylinder on the bike is marked as a YZ250a. it is a chrome bore? are the cylinders for the A + B the same?
Either way the bore needs rechroming so i need a pistion to send off with the cylinder.

i bought a piston from the US / e-bay. was supposed to be a 250, but it is for a 360.
if anyone interested that is for sale.

I only measured it with a ruler just to confirm it wasnt the piston I wanted.  >:(
If I remember rightly it was 80mm.
Im at work for the next few days, but i can mike it up when i get back to get exact size.
$40 if interested. I paid double that from the US but it will be wasted otherwise.

If it's a gen Yam piston it will have a size on the top......if it's std it will have .98 or .96 on the top.

I should have a spare YZ250B piston in my stash. Maybe we could do a trade depending what size the 360 piston is. Does the 360 piston have apart number? Call me on zero427 926 14nine, I'm in melbourne. Where are you? Big Al

Id have a few what size do you want id have all yams then up to 8th over in the serco.

pistons the same just change rings depending on what lining your going with.

Sorry for late reply., just got back from working away.
Piston has 98 on the top.
Interested in trade if  possible.
I've got chrome bore.
