Title: SWM swing arm question .
Post by: hampster on March 15, 2014, 11:54:34 am
Hi all,
finally started my restoration of my TF1 just a quick question on the swing arm bearings? Rubber bush? Can anybody tell me if these are a rubber bush or a bearing.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks Chris.

I have seen a forum thread on this topic.  While looking I found this resto thread:

schweeeet! love the swooom's. could be a rubber bush, may pay to measure up for some brass or even needle rollers if the pivot tubes are big enough.

being a swm it may have std fittings and you may find them at bearing shops (good luck with that!)

lovely looking bike.  Martin at SWMMOTO is the man to talk to about SWMs.  All the SWM info and parts you need.  Top bloke with nice stuff, good quality and not expensive (I don't think so anyway)
