Fantastic, Well done. :) :)
Be Prepared... the meaning of the motto is that a scout must prepare himself by previous thinking out and practicing how to act on any accident or emergency so that he is never taken by surprise.

Yep Heaven VMX likes to be a good community member when supported by the local community. Both Bulahdelah and Canowindra have been very generous in supporting Heaven over the years.
Our small donations for 2013 included
$450 for the Bulahdelah scouts for their district flags.
$450 for the Canowindra adult fitness group to help complete their exercise circuit.
$450 to the NSW bush fire appeal.
$1000 to the Clowns for Sick Kids organisation this was raised partly from an auction of a 'vintage club shirt' (Thanks to
the 'Hardo's' for going into a bidding frenzy 8) ) and partly from the club 'swear' tin for riders who step outside
the 'lines' so to speak. It has to be said that The Hardo's did most of the fund raising 8) 8)
Why $450 each welllllll why not ;D

I've been critical of HEAVEN in the past, often with good reason, but I'm really glad that the club in 2014 is in great shape and making a major contribution to NSW VMX. The current hierarchy are proving to be forward thinking and open to positive input from the membership, something sadly lacking in the not so distant past. The resurgence of the clubs feature meeting, the Crawford River Classic, the balls to push for old (really old) bikes to come back with the Roy East Trophy series and the the interesting variety of tracks and classes available have shown HEAVEN to be a club to look up to. The community spirit shown in supporting the Boy Scouts, Bush Fire appeal and the Clowns for Kids is something to be commended. I'm not a member of HEAVEN (or any club since I quit Penrith) but may just break my no club self promise and join up soon.

City of Penrith use the Emu Plains scouts to run the canteen and flag (parents) at Nepean raceway on their days, good food/service. Last year charity meet went to them too. It help to send their trop to a big meet and they really appreciate it too.
