Should have went down to the Island Classic this weekend. Entry depends on the circuit most meetings average $350, you need a log book for your machine. Classes go to Pre-95, your allowed to ride up a class but not up an era ie you have a 1982 TZ 250(P5/Forgotten Era) you can ride that in the P5 350 race.

So if one has a period 3 bike, how many races for that bike and rider in one day. $350 entry and $60 per race seem to be a lot of money. why do they charge per race.

Dave, Just got entries for Vic titles at Broadford on 12/13 April. Entry is $200, for this you would get 2 qualifying sessions and 2 races on Sat. plus a warm up and 2 races Sun. You also pay $50 for a transponder which is refunded in full when you hand it back at end of day. Hope this is some help. What are you thinking of racing Dave?

I am just looking into it first, just to see what cost is involved.

Ride up a class and double your races. There is no 'per race' charge the entry fee is the cost of racing.

Have a trawl round the HMRAV website, Dave.

Plus you've got the HBBB coming up at Broady at Easter, that would be a good time to get all your questions answered and see plenty of eye-popping good gear as well.

Thanks fellows for the info, Broadford would be the right place to talk with riders.
