Have you tried Yamaha, I think they are still avalable. I know they were a year or so ago.

If any one is interested I have a new billet valve assy for the 1983 YZ250K, it is a direct OEM replacement for the 83 250 only. Equal or better than the cast original unit and cheaper too.
