A reminder to all those vintage racers who follow the HEAVEN series in NSW. HEAVEN's round 4 for 2008 is to be held on June 22 at the picturesque Mt Kembla circuit.
The track is a firm favourite on the calendar with its big downhills and challenging twists and turns so for another fantastic weekend of vintage motocross action, get your entry in right away. Don't forget, pre-entry closes this Friday.
Get all the info on the HEAVEN website here:

Rosco,
Did you get my reply? Looks like we'll be down in numbers, not sure if Luke can make it on my spare DT1 as yet.

30 on the grid for Pre 85,
Amazing. first corners are just so much fun :o :D
-
Suns shining, birds are singing its looking good for Kembla Tomorrow
-
How did it go men?.

Well I had a great time,
difficult day for both organizers and riders,
had to run a shortened track due to large flag marshal requirements of the Kembla lay out
Clay held a bit much water in the shady areas and cause concern in the willows exit, requiring a further shortening
I liked having a bit of an uphill straight of some length, but that also cause concern in the classes with larger numbers
with speed and side by side racing over a blind jump,
but hey you get those things some times ;D
actually enjoyed riding the pre75 250 bike on it more than the pre78 125
which would be a first as I love my 125's
watching some of the local hot shoes on the open class evo bike's go for it was good
and a few bumps and bruises were sustained , but me
well I had a great time
cheers

Well thats round 4 done . A slow start to the day but got there in the end.
I did not make it to pratice and when I went to start the the 125 cc for the first race of the day and it did not start (broken wire)
the 125cc ,4 stroke and pre 85 all back to back.
I like to thank the Guys who fix my bike (125cc) it was nice to come in form riding and fine it all fixed Thanks very much .
Is is a good vib at every Heaven round .
Guys all helping out as we all want to have FUN and have a good day .
With a few of the pre 78 guys saving them self for the Crawford river Classic flags marshals where a bit short and it was nice to see the guys rolling up to do extra flaging .
Now we are looking to the Crawford River Classic and some Age races
on the saturday and the Big Races on the Sunday Main Event looks like a fun round .

Good stuff Noel, seems like thats the only photo/video footage of Kembla, everyone else too busy having fun racing to worry about the camera.
-
That's not a clip - that's a production! Very good.

Looks like we have a budding Bruce Brown, be interesting to see the results with some better equipment.
