Can anyone please tell me what is correct replacement spark plug for 1975 CZ 380 Falta. I am asking for my uncle. He finaly run out of PAL spark plugs. Bike is stock 75 CZ380 Falta. That is PAL ignition, coil, Jikov carburetor and stock pipe as far as i can remember. He mentioned this last time when i talked to him. Is there a replacement spark plug that will work. The original PAL plug as far as i can remember had flat bottom of thread, not the usual one where the electrode is sticking out. Are there any plugs from NGK, Bosch, Champion etc that will just screw in. He does not want to modify head or use washers.
Can anyone help please?

Zed plugs 250/380 NGK B8HS last 15 years of VMX running points with 6v or 8v coils. or Motoplat B9HS . Both with A grade rider, never had a problem
Running Mikuni with 32 to 1 oil ratio 98 unleaded fuel
Cheers

I just bought a job lot of those plugs but they have -10 at the end of the B8HS apparently this is the size of the gap the plug is supplied with (-10 equates to 1.0mm) this is new to me as I haven't seen this marking on these plugs before, what gap do most run on the B8HS plug? Also what advantage is there to running the sparks on the rear plug rather than the front plug on a side pipe 360?

The hotter plug should be close to the induction side(fuel) and the cooler range plug close to the exhaust outlet. Therefore the cool plug sits in the flame path, that's my take on it for what it's worth.

Thanks for the replies does anyone have a plug gap dimension? I only run one spark plug and run it in the rear plug position although it will run in the front position I was told to use the rear one what are your thoughts?

Gap should be .5mm, it does appear that most people who run the single plug use the rear & the 74 head I have only had the rear hole drilled from the factory which is probably how they ran until the Faltas which have the plug basically in the middle of where the twin plugs are
