Title: Aftermarket wide foot pegs to suit RM 125 B

Hi guys,

Like me, I bet you are getting excited about the racing starting next month :)

I am looking for some wide pegs that will suit (bolt straight on) my RM 125 B.
It's one thing to look original, and another to keep your feet on the foot pegs :)

Any ideas?

DRZ 125 kids bike bolt straight on , there are quite wide and look period IMHO

RM85 are twice the price for the same thing  as DRZ from suzuki ( in NZ anyway)

is that the same for the RM400 T , man they need decent pegs

DRZ made in Thailand......RM85 made in Japan....and they are built totally different.

Hi Ken,
           Get some Ballards peg wideners, cheap and weld them on.

Use the old skiing trick. Weld them on slightly raised on outside edge to naturally bend your knees in towards the tank.

Clamp them in this position first and see the difference.

DRZ125 made in Japan
RM85 made in Taiwan

Hi Ted, I like the simplicity of welding on the add-ons too. Will get a set as well.

G,day Ken,
                 bought some weld on's for my rm125n from GMC on this site.Circa $35. Very happy with them, so got a set for my RMX as well.

Dunno if it is still the case, but the Ballard's peg wideners were stupidly sharp and would tear your boot soles to pieces.
GMC versions are far better.

Yes look a firkos leg don't want them too sharp they end up eating legs and boots

They do look right but I am not sure if they are directly compatible.
The DRZ 125 pegs I ordered have come in so hopefully they will fit.
