Good basis for a project. Advertised as a 1964 model, with side points. ??? ???

I've never heard either of those terms before but it's pretty plain what the story was ;D. The bike's a perfect core bike for a pre 65 project, it'd be nice to see it as a racer as opposed to yet another drab Army issue resto.

The problem with "bargain" bikes is they always swallow hand fulls of fun tickets and heaps of time to get right. And that's without any unseen problems....
