Title: Riding at The Farm this Sat (4th).
Post by: John Orchard on December 31, 2013, 11:18:25 am
Hey Team, riding at the Farm this Thurs AND Sat.  I'll get there around 10am both days, usually leave around 4 ish.

Rules for riding ....

Take your rubbish home.
Try not to destroy any young trees.
Use only 1st gear in the car park area.
Try and stick to the main marked-out circuit (I don't want tracks going everywhere).
You ride at your own risk.
If you have a trick bike you must let me have a ride (joking ;-) ).

Remember to bring food & drink and have a crap before you get there :-)

Looks like we've got half a dozen vmx'ers coming out on Sat, even if you don't have a bike you should drop in for a bullshit session  ;-)

Nice, will be good to see you guys.  The address is ...  From Heathcote, take the C326 road towards Kyneton (Heathcote-Redesdale Rd), which starts off as 'Mitchell St' from Heathcote's main road.  It is on the right exactly 10.5 km's from Heathcote.  A strip of yellow duct-tape is wrapped around the tree at the front gate.

Gidday and thanks for the day John & Jodie, for letting us ride their track (the farm). Also to Leigh for the taking me. wow who cares about dust when you get to ride on such a well set up, natural terrain track. vintage friendly like you have never seen, no bloody jumps, just like the old days. this was my first ride since hbbb 2013, and getting the all clear from the surgeon, had a ball. also good to catch up with a bunch of great people, vintage like minded friendly folks.  I will be doing this again. also - thanks ebt the for the photos - check them out in the photo forum section, they are great shots mate.Bear

No doubt I'm not the only one getting shitloads of gambling spam in my facebook newsfeed...

This one amused me. Couldn't think of a better place to put it...

Thanks John, Bear & KB for your phone calls.

Hopefully the last trip to the stainless steel room. The 490 Maico is easier to handle than these crutches  ;D ;D

Hopefully get out to the farm with a couple of Maico's after I recover.

Thanks Ken Baker #54
