Title: AV GAS shell 100 LL, 104 RON?

How long will this last in a closed drum in a stabil temp 20 to 25 degrees?
I am using Motul 800, at 30:1 seems OK, in a 250 2 stroke 78 model it seems to run quite hot though even with a massive main jet...

I had some that sat for 2 years, it ran fine and no damage.

Running hot could be combustion chamber ?
Ignition timing ?
More info and the brains trusts might help

Check the timing with a strobe light. Had a lot of trouble with a yz400d running hot, static timing was spot on but with the strobe way off the cdi box was playing tricks  not letting the sparks go at the right time.
