Brad,
I've got 5 bikes with those forks and I snap up every set I can find, especially the yellow ones.
UFO still do the later version (they fit but cover more of the fork) but there not on any UFO catalogue that I can find so you have to watch e-bay as they come up very now and then.

DC plastics do a reproduction of them but only the sliders, not the clamp/bracket, which of course is the part that wears out.

Looks like I have what I need. Thanks bahnsy, I grabbed some of those as well.
