Title: What's the round baffle plate under the Mikuni main jet called?
Post by: John Orchard on October 28, 2013, 02:30:52 pm
I need to buy the round baffle that sits under the main jet (VM36) but I don't know what is called by Mikuni, the Kawasaki parts list calls it a 'holder, needle jet'.  Anyone know?

Yamaha refers to it as washer, main jet.
Looking at the online sudco catalogue mikuni refers to it as main jet ring, part #vm36/17 for vm30-vm38 spigot mount carbs or part#vm28/228 for vm28-vm28 & vm40-vm44 spigot mount carbs. Have a look at page 206
Hope that's of some help
