Hi Guys, now or never!  Looking for Mega 2 250 Or 490, has to be original MC not a Gs or Gs converted over to mc specs. Just something clean and tidy, complete and running will do (preferrable actually) dont really want something for display.

PM me with pics, FULL details including frame/eng numbers etc

NOW OR NEVER, ANYONE THINKING TO SELL, ABOUT TO BUY FROM CALIFORNIA!!!!

Kev I know were there is a 78 Maico 250. Some would say this model is better.

 i'd agree, certainly more nimble, BUT this is for a Mega 2, i already have a Magnum, thanks for the input though, you dont know of any Mega 2s about?

Be carefull buying out of Canada , postage takes forever hopfully shipping is quicker. Nice people and easy to deal with and honest as the days long ,but their postage system sucks .

What is attractive about the Canadain deal as opposed to those for sale in Aussie ?

G'day Bill,

yep agree, nice people.  The Maico thing is a offer of a 100%  original 250 from a very nice guy by the sounds of it, just organized a shipper, so right bike and decent price, i'd be happy to buy here but couldnt find what i wanted and as i say my Canadian "friend" seem like a good guy and is a VMXer just like the rest of us. Lot of leg/phone work though and of course customs expenses, almost "there" just waiting on a phone back from a shipper.

Folk lore says them Mega 2's are that good you could ride it home from Canuck land. ;D

Sounds sweet  ;) the 250s seem to be a lot rarer than the 490s  :-\ i would like a 250 as i think the 490 would be a bit of a handfull for me .
