I got the oil seals off thanks to all for the help. the manual says 200ml or cc which I have done and then added the right PSI in the air canisters , you know the big chambers on the top. Well no oil leak but the forks feel really spongey and I can bottom therm out by the front brake. I don't have air leaks .It seems like i don't have enough oil , but welcome suggestions

How much air and what weight oil . The Air is critical but once you have set them up these forks are great . Iain

I have used the 20w as per specs. No air leaks but hard to get accurate reading with the foot pump . Maybe need a better pump

Yes The pressure is critical . oil measured from top with forks extended is 205mm or 8.1" pressure is . 120 to 160 lbs rider hi pressure canister 51psi low pressure 29psi
160 to 190 lbs hi 56 psi low 29 psi
190 and over hi 56 psi low 32 psi
get your self a good gauge a mountain bike one is what I use .
