Title: RM125a cdi mount

Can someone tell me if there is a spacer between the cdi and the mounts on the bike. Even better would be a close up pic

Yes there is one side of the bracket has a curved piece that the CDI mounts to. One end has a hole for the bolt to fix it to the frame and the other end has a threaded fitting to allow the CDI to be mounted to it basically craetes a flat mounting area for the CDI. I think the idea is to space the CDI out to allow some air behind it for cooling and to allow some 'flex' in the mount if it takes a hit.

Thanks for that, I was looking up cdi and electrics for the info but didn't think of looking it up as part of the frame.
