Is there more information from this speedway machine.

Apparently, the engine never eventuated. When Fred Jolly lost the ESO distributorship he looked into making his own engine, an almost exact copy of the 2v ESO/Jawa. He was going to have them made by the Aircraft Corporation of Japan which I believe was a division of Mitsubishi but for whatever reason, the project never got off the ground. The ad shown was apparently a "fishing expedition" to see what response he'd get. Eventually Fred decided that he could do it all here in Australia so he designed and started to manufacture the ill fated SR60 speedway motor.
