I'm seriously thinking about letting the VR project go soon.  I have all but a few small parts and bolts.  All the things that are personal touches such as Tires, Sprockets, Handlebars and Controls will be left to the new owner (although new seat foam, cover and fenders are included).  Think of it as a giant Montesa VR model kit.  (I'm trying to figure out an asking price now.)
