Title: enviroment pit mats what are they and do anyonew use them

we have to have pit mats at the dt nats next weekend.can i just use a carpet rug

You probably could, but someone may not be too happy.
The evo mat's take up the hydrocarbons and man made chemicals.
They DO NOT TAKE UP WATER, where as rags and carpets do.

Have a cracker time at this event  :P  Its on our bucket list  8)

They usually sell them for $notmuch at the events that demand them.

Otherwise, I've got one left over from the four day you can pick up on your way past.
