I just pulled the air shock out of my bike to see how it is adjusted as many of you would know it has a valve at the top which looks like it will unscrew to fill the shock with oil and possibly with air?. Basically what I'm wanting to no is how much oil air or nitrogen? Does it require to suit a 90 kg rider mostly doin dirt track any help will be appreciated. ;)

The valve is for nitrogen only, the pressure depends on your weight and speed, you need to experiment starting at around 180 psi. The big brass 2 sided nut on the end of the body is where you open the shock to service it, Use 5w oil the amount will be listed in a fox monoshock manual, I only have one for twin shocks. You can get a copy from Thor Lawson in the US.
