Does the 5 speed gearbox in the DT 400 C fit in an SC 500 ? ::)

Im not sure on the DT400 Dave but the DT360 or the MX 360 will fit in the only trouble is you have to scrap the balancer to fit fifth gear in . Iain  . PS if you get your hands on a 400 Im after the electrics for one of my projects .

Hi Iain
Have a look on my post "What engine is this ? " on this thread..........I mistakenly bought a DT 400 C......I'm racing in Tamworth on Saturday night, so when I get back next week I will check the electrics and let you know..........We've discarded the crank balancer on the SC 500 and it's running fine.  :)
