Is a 495 frame the same as a 250 frame ?

     No

    Only 560 engine family engine will fit in a 495 frame

      Eg   350cc  390cc  and 420cc

     250cc has it own frame  same as the 125cc

    this rule is to all Qrange frame KTM

Brad has a 420 in a 250 frame so it can be done. It also has fox forks and shocks so it should be an interesting bike I wish he hurry up and finish it.

  I thing Brad put a 390cc in a 250cc frame the bottom of the engine is a about 50mm lower than the normal 250cc

  to fit it in ... l

   and Yes a 390cc is a 560 Family engine and a 420cc ( 85mm ) cylinder will fit a 390cc (82mm)
