speak to customs or a freight forwarder they ll tell you straight away and the taxes etc youll; pay. not sure many boats come ex England so it would take a while to get here or would be a port hopper for a long while

I have hit a snag with exporting a bike to Spain. The purchaser has tried DHL which is by air. They wont take a secondhand bike fullstop.

if you can get it crated and get a customs agent/forwarder to sort the legs out for you it can find its way here.
BEst you ring a freight forwarders and get them onto it, it will be near impossible for you to do this successfully without them, and besides they need to get all the import approvals sorted BEFORE it leaves it port of origin, otherwise you risk it being seized, if it turns up here.
ooooh ............ANd then i can buy it at the Customs disposal auction for $50 :O)
