Title: kdx Seat foam

Hi

lm looking for seat foam to suit kdx175 and seem be looking in the wrong places.

Can you point me to where l can buy the foam or perhaps you have a good seat to sell me ?

Not worried about the cover, just the foam.

I buy foam from Clark Rubber stores, then use a fine cutting disc on angle grinder to shape it,finish of with an aggressive disc. Has worked well for me.

l went for a look around utube and saw people shaping foam with an angle grinder, looks like it works well.

l also saw people restoring the foams shape by steaming it, will give that a go too :)

Geoff, you can get aftermarket seat foam for 80/81 KX's from DC Plastics or off Ebay. They should be the same as a KDX175.
