I am madly trying to get my yz250k ready for CD10, have just purchased a dg pipe and the instructions say re-jetting will be required.
any K owners out there that may know what size is needed?
Also i am rebuilding the rear wheel and the shop wants to know the offset….at the risk of sounding stupid, what is the offset, and how do i measure it??
any help greatly appreciated.

Take the tyre off the rim and give them the whole wheel intact. They can simply measure the offset themselves. Two seconds work with a straight edge and a tape measure

You either need to take them the bike or at least the swingarm & axle assy so they can get the rim in the right spot or find someone who can measure there intact wheel & give you the specs,As far as the pipe goes you will have to test ride after fitting it & do a plug chop to see if it's rich or lean :)
