Just picked up one of these bad boys, that needs some engine work (crank broke at flywheel) but otherwise seems complete. I know absolutely nothing about the history of these bikes. Did they share engines with any other Suzi's ? (It has a horizontal cylinder, similar to TS/M mini's)
Anyone?

A100/90 TM 75 engines will be close Doc would know more. Welcome to the world of disc valves. Be throwing reed valves away soon ;)

I'm not sure, never had much to do with the RV's :-\ As Lozza said..maybe an A100 engine in it's entirety would go close but so far as I know there's probably not much internally that will interchange. (crank is unique to the RV)

Sorry I can't help with any details except that there was the version like Geoff posted and also a farm version with shorter seat, big racks etc.
I also recall that tyres are near on impossible to find for them?
My best mate from school had one and I've got great memories of us two trying to ride it when it started up one day and was running in reverse! ;D
I stalled it and spoiled the fun. ::)

I learnt to ride on one of those, Dad still has it today. Great little fun bike, Dads is the agricultural version with the carry rack. There seems to be lots of bits still available for them, a crank should be findable what year is yours? I will have a look around and see what I can find if you like.

Geoff Udy Suzuki had one in Toowoomba with a box on the side for parts pickup etc... it ran car tyres and could do mughty slides if I recall. They also used it in his stunt shows...the clowns used to get around in it. :o :o :o
