Just rode up that valley for a look.
Looks much the same as the photo's.
Tough country close to the old Black Duck ride park.
I think he is selling time shares , sort of .

Thats the deposit,$4500 for your little plot,sounds good on paper,might get a bit out of control if they ended up with a heap of bikes going every which way unless regulated properly :)

Do the Math then,
1000 AC divided by 4 (1/4 acre) = 4000 x $4500 = $18 million
OK this is an exaggeration (worst case) but you can see my point!
