T&M bought all of the tooling from Boyd and Stellings and continued to manufacture the swingarms in their own name. I've got a B&S swingarm in my Maico 350, a complete frame and swingarm in my Suzuki TM400 and another swingarm on its way from Canada that I got for $100. They're the only legal alloy swingarm for pre 75 that we know of.
