Title: Tek Nik Springs
Post by: Maicoman on August 20, 2013, 07:37:07 am
Looking to buy heavier rated fork springs and shock spring for my IT465. Has anyone used the springs that Tek Niks sell. They seem to have a comprehensive range on their website but I'm curious on their quality and customer feedback.

They're good. I tend to use RaceTech as my first choice because they seem to have more stuff in stock, but the Teknik springs are good too.

Ballards are (were?) consistently the cheapest source of springs in Australia, if you're motivated solely by money.

Ive dealt with Nick Dole from TekNic suspension quite a few times over the years. He used to set up all my race suspension when I doing Enduro and MX on the moderns.

All I can say is, he will not let you down  ;D

Thanks for the responses guys. I think I'll drop in to their shop and have a chat about my requirements. I think any mods will be a big improvement over the standard set up. I'll probably fit a set of PD valves while I'm at it.
