     I would say a 350 Jawa road bike going by the shape of the kick
     starter to clear the mufler.

Not Jawa or CZ, what engine number is shown doesn't match any I've ever seen, engine covers are all wrong-no where near egg shaped enough.
Nothing of the engine shape is right, I'm picking it's russian
