Title: Could someone ID this Magneto assembly/generator please

I put this on ebay as a YZ125F part (having never checked) and luckily Nathan picked me up on the error of my ways.
 
Now I'm not sure what it's from, I'm thinking YZ250C?

It's got M100-20 printed on both the backing plate and the rotor

looks the same as a yz 80 i had ,twin shock e i think it was , last yellow one
