I've purchased from him before and he's usually pretty good with descriptions etc.......usually! :D

Lol .. very rare .. could even be the only one in existence.  If it was the inlet and exhaust pair then I'd be allllllll over it  ;D

I think that's the "Exhaust restricter" and you throw them out before you ride them :D ;D
