Title: Paypal problems
Post by: FAT-TOY on July 08, 2013, 05:54:39 pm
Anyone having problems with Paypal other than their fees.  I think a supplier might have charged me twice for the same goods so I log into the Paypal site but then every time I try to look at my history or transactions the bloody thing tells me I must be logged in to access this information so I log in again and then tells me I must log in to access that information and if I was prepared to do it I would be sitting here all f#*^ing day.  Talk about groundhog day.
I have spoken to their call centre people over in Istanbul 3 times today and each time the information they gave me was useless and did nothing to correct the problem, the last poindexter I talked to told me that the version of Internet Explorer I'm using must be earlier than 6 and that is whats causing it, in fact it is version 10 and it was ok a month ago but not now.  I know this is a small thing when you consider the problems of others and of the world but today it's enough to piss me right off.

Or maybe try holding Ctrl Alt then click as that opens it in a new tab/page.

I think every one I know uses google chrome.

only ever enter your pay pal account through a browser, never an email link.

check the bank account that your pay pal account is linked to, if you have been hit twice that is where it will show up Zane.
