just got back from the new job- driving a road train for a gas drilling co out roma way.6 days up around longreach. great no customers to be nice too,better still you can inform  a forkwit he is a forkwit  .good people to work with and the food -it dosnt stop!and a go ahead industy.may even be able to buy another bike at some stage

Some of those roads are pretty ordinary in a car, they must be downright dangerous in a road train.  Did you get many kangaroos??

Spare the rod and spoil the child! Didn't make any difference for not telling them Robin, and you'd have been more relaxed and they'd have learn't something :D!

2pigs,7 roo`s. who needs a gun ;D travelling at 100km whislt passing another roadtrain with may be 2` between you certainly puts your concentration levels up.funniest thing had 2 emu s come out ,I thought I will miss the 1st but I am going to get the  2nd  when all of a sudden the emu realizes that  mmm that wasn't there before .it was just like the cartoons ,the bush chook throws its self on the ground ,slides ( I thinking it is going to slide under the tris,legs kicking then it gets traction and launches it self out from under the trailer before getting run over -I was watching in the mirror .absolutely hilarious

Sweet job that.
My stepson has just started doing almost the same thing out there and is earning
twice what he used to driving his own truck with half the stress.

working for a gas drilling co, work is driving-shifting drill rigs and camps,welding,maintainance etc all different jobs not stuck just driving.varied and interesting and no stress
