just picked up a CL250 looks like early 80 - very unusual rims electric start. Has Aust compliance - are they worth anything?

CB 250 RS type engine
Worth up to $2500 As a registered road bike

$200 as a bitser, coming to an ebay store soon. I thought it was an old one until i looked closer.
