Wiseco make them up to 2mm over. 82J & 83K are the same. PW80 up to 2006 are the same bore and stroke (47 x 45.6) but I would think the skirt is different, probably not as strong either.

From 84 they are 48 x 45.6 but have 4 different part number. Possibly just extra windows or skirt design?

I used to have a YZ80B in my youth. These were only 72cc & had 2 windows. I broke a piston which in turn broke a piece of the bore that stopped you boring passed 2mm. With this gone my local dealer suggested using a D piston which was 2 mm bigger & had 3 windows. Absolutely flew.

Point being, later pistons may/should work with a little fiddling but I would suspect the Wisecos are still available?
