I have no idea what this might be.....any clues? It looks to have mid 70's Maico geometry by the photo.

Can you id this frame ?
-from N. California area is all I know , all tig welded , engine has
been bored & stroked
to about a 440 - forks have been swapped ( had Fox Forx ) ,,, so
someone put some time and money into the bike at one time.
Any help appreciated !
