Hows this for an 84 KX25O? Best Ive seen.

83 model? Was the pipe that massive originally?

Its an 84 and no pipe wasn't that bulbus  :) 83 simillar but gold rims and swinging arm

That pipe seems to stick out a lot at the bottom?  The bike also has some parts from other models like the front disc and chain guide, plus an aftermarket kick lever.
Here is my 84 with pipe that GMC manufactured. Its close to the original shape.

That rear guard always confuses me, did some capacity kx's have completely different looks in the same year? Or did we get different gear to the US?

The 84 125 had a normal rear guard, the other 84's had this one. We got the same bikes as the US.

good pickup holeshot ! The top caps are different. Doesnt the 85 have a spring preload adjuster ?

Hi Bishboy, I am pretty sure they are early 90's YZ pegs. They are just the cheap $10 steel ones but I have just put a set of IMS Pro Series YZ pegs on my 500 and they are a great fit once you grind off the grey paint.  Those cheap pegs have surprised me as they have not bent in 3 years...
