Title: XR Harley frame bargain.

This is a really good price for an XR Harley aftermarket frame. It'd be a good basis for building a twins class racer using an 883 or 1000 Sportster motor. The correct bodywork is easy to find, as is cheap road bike based suspension and wheels.

Well that is cheap for a quality frame and oil tank,
How is the Spanish Flattrack scene ?
Does anyone run schools there?
