Found this on Marks.  I'm assuming it's a Honda XL powered Penton???  I thought it looked pretty cool and well finished.

Penton/Honda/Powroll MXC 145cc

Mike Parker's AHRMA Vintage Expert 200 Cross Country Title winning machine.
Professionally built engine(electronic ignition and custom exhaust)with less than 15 hrs on it.
Frame done by Randy at FRAMECRAFTERS,in ILL.Sanded,primered and painted.
Aluminum rims polished,trued and laced to magnesium hubs(rear has 1 broken spoke).
Works Performance shocks(1 race)and 35mm(BLADE")forks w/polished legs.
Acerbis fenders and handguards.
Dunlop K990/D739 tires mounted.

nice looking built bike, but i reckon it would be way underpowered.
