Acerbis makes a crossbar mounted auxilliary fuel tank. Dont know if anyone makes a crossbar mounted water bottle anymore, because most people now use Camelbacks.

Hell no  ;D water in the fuel would be a pain  :)

As a kid i had a holiday labouring job on a construction site , first day at 09.30 i was dispatched to make the tea, it was a new site with no running water or power yet just a caravan , a geny and some 20 ltr containers of water  ???

Took a container and filled the kettle with water  ??? looked a bit iffy but he thats what the boss said "waters in the 5 gallon plastic container in the caravan" .

Long story short , turned out there was a 5 gallon container of white diesal ( no dye for offroad use no tax ) and guess witch one genius filled the kettle with  :-[ :-[

They didn't fire me but gave me shit for weeks  ;D

That's a cool bit of kit Chris and very nice of you to offer to someone who's searching for one. You say it's Maier? As Maier is still in business do you know they can still be bought new??

Ahh, seem like she might be NLA then I'd say. Cool bit of gear, especially with ice in it! :D ;)
