Club Day 1 scheduled for Sunday 14th of April.
Come along and have a punt!

No John, I thought that all had been changed to Sunday this year (were Saturday last year).

Just checked out the website and is Saturday.

Still a none starter but might get up for a look. You running John??

Tossing up between Conondale and Coles creek Shane, different days I know but about $170 in entry's if I did both.
Hopefully will get to Maryborough one day, got plenty of michelin trials rears to use up.

Yes I did Steve. They prepped a good "loose" track that went hard late in the day.

Lots of runs and a good turn out.

Yes John the costs on entries are well on the rise. I would just plan struggle to do the 2 x 20 min motos on the 450 so giving the MX a miss this year in total. Might well do the classic and the Toowoomba race on VMX.

Have had enquiries from as far affield as Mackay (Qld) and Ballina (NSW) for Sunday's club day. Now that's a big commitement to travel over 700klm, lets hope the weather holds off and there is some good racing. Right now it's pissing down here on the sunshine coast but only overcast in maryborough with a few small showers this week. My young fella's kick start class was washed out again. So he won't be riding, stupid system!

Long track titles in townsville have been cancelled so there might be a few stragglers coming for a spin at action park.

Great day at action park raceway today. Lots of new members thanks the the long track cancellation, but hope a few come back again.

well done Julia she was riding well. Great to see so many ladies in attendance and beating the guys  :'(
yes I was one of them :D

the track wasn't as loose as last time but it was consistent all the way and held up to the heavier than usual traffic.

Everyone's welcome Shaun. I need to lift my game with our website etc after looking at cpmcc site.

we had a great turn out for the first round. We had people travel from MacKay to the north and ballina to the south.

troy baylis had a look at the track when he was there around that time and I suggested he do the next tb classic there but I think he is looking at a venue in Brisbane .......possibly.

Steve, I am hoping to be there to check out the practice day on May 12. I've asked Dave McDowell to see if anyone would be willing to lend me a bike to do a few slow laps.

Excellent. My club bike concept still hasn't eventuated due to lack of funds so you can have a go on the ktm if I'm there.

Thanks for the offer, but I am flying to Maryborough and it's just a practice day. Unless you were planning to be there on the day? Mind you, I am thinking about trying to get along to a BMCC dirt track day at some stage too...
