Yes having 2 businesses ourselves I know exactly what you mean.  As long as you have your health though, things are okay  :)

Thats a real shame Robin. I had a couple of mates buy bikes off you a while ago & they had nothing but positive things to say about the experience...Best wishes.

sorry to hear and hope all pans out ok. We in Unzud have been in recession for 2 more years than most of Auz with mining/minerals helping your economy. Its day to day for more people than you would think.

Really sorry to hear about that. Overheads, especially insurance keeps going up and it seems every year there is more and more little things and costs to keep a small business going. I see more vacant comercial buildingscthan ever before. But our govt keeps saying its fine. I have never seen it so quiet in the last 30 years in the business i am in around Sydney.

Robin,
I am very sorry to hear your bad news, I hope the closure is not a financial burden to you and that you can move forward and still be active in the sport. Tough times for now, but things can turn around in the future. Good luck to you and onward and upward.

Kevin

Sorry to hear that Robin.  I had to close my business about 2 years ago, really stressful times.

Make sure that if your are feeling stressed/depressed that you go and see someone (doctor, counsellor etc),  I did eventually and wish I had done it earlier.

Sorry to hear Robin, times are tough you lasted longer than me. Having to relocate from the wreckers 3 years ago and scrap 30tonnes of parts was depressing enough, then having to close down totally due too a downturn in every thing was a soul destroying thing.
But there is always something around the corner, lucky for me it was my trail tours.
Hang-tough

On another note I have a friend who is desperately chasing a set of forks for an 85-88 cr 125-500 if you have or know of a set kicking around

Bill.

Sorry to hear you are closing your doors Robin

I liased with you to purchase a bike for a mate. You left such a smile on his face that he bought 2 more VMX bikes, in hindsight unfortunately from yourself. You hold your head high because you are a good man.

Best of luck with whatever you wish to pursue

Kind Regards

Ted Brack
