Can anyone give me some tips on how to remove the needle jet from my carb? I don't want to break anything??

Cheers

Take the main jet out, remove slide, then jest tap it out from mainjet end. Small pin punch or screwdriver. Should come out fairly easy.

Put a rag in the slide area so when in finaly falls out it does not damage the cut away area.
Be extra careful  making  sure you don't damage the main jet .

Thanks guys, needle jet has now been removed.

Just another question. I've got a new minuki carburetor to put on the bike. Do I need to change the float arm height?? According to the carb info it is set at 18mm, in the manual for the bike it says 13.9mm.
