637ml per leg, 10w/20 according to my old book. i think modern 15wt would be the go.

Oil level 100mm from the top of the fork leg in the collapsed position with the springs removed. 15wt fork oil.
Works fine in my 82 KX250

130mm from top oil level collapsed no springs
10 to 15 weight
can run up to 8psi in forks if there are jumps etc
standard springs a bit soft put a 19mm spacer in

I will say one thing, he does a very good job. He rebuilt our 77 cr 125 last year and and man it flys . No short cuts , he has all the contacts sorted.   ;D

Not having ridden this year at all, I'm desperate for a ride mate but I'm not sure i can swing it at the moment.  Catching up with the other TARTs tomorrow night so will see what we can organise.  Might bring the KDX/KX250 Hybrid out for a fang.

Are you going both Sat and Sunday?

Nice bike Brian .... never realised before the benefit of green guards on a 250 .. no background stickers  ;D

Will hopefully take my green machine out if I can get a bloody air filter for it.

Anyone have a Unifilter or K&N filter .. Pod style with 63, 64, 65 or 66mm inlet that I could borrow or buy??

Got let down by 2 suppliers massively today .. one local "Pro" bike shop and another the local Repco dealer .... and in both instances I supplied the brand of filter, the suppliers name in Brisbane (which they both knew already) and the bloody part number ..... what more could I freaking do  >:( >:( !!!!!

Far out talk about useless service ..  no wonder people shop overseas  ::) >:(

Thanks for looking John, what about the other bloke you mentioned ... sorry can't remember his name, would he have one?

I'll still try and chase a new one today.
